Project Overview

The event began with an energizing team-building exercise led by the M.M GLOBAL team, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and emotional openness among participants. This set a positive tone for the day and highlighted the importance of collective support in mental well-being.

Participants then took part in a community awareness walk, engaging with local residents to spark conversations, share information, and promote a deeper understanding of mental health. The walk served as a powerful reminder that mental health is a shared responsibility that begins with open dialogue.

The event concluded with an inspiring keynote address delivered by Dr. Mugambi, who emphasized the importance of early intervention, community-based support systems, and the need to break the stigma surrounding mental health. His insights encouraged attendees to take actionable steps toward creating healthier and more resilient communities.

Through this project, M.M GLOBAL reaffirmed its commitment to advocating for mental wellness and fostering collaborative efforts that drive positive change across communities.
